2. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping: Flat fee of ₹50 on orders under ₹.999

• Free Shipping: Valid on all orders above ₹.999

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• No Cash on Delivery.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking: A tracking link and AWB number will be sent via email once dispatched.

• Damages/Loss: Report damaged packages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
